Ever noticed how some people leave the gym without breaking a sweatβ€”but with a list of weekend party plans?

Here’s the deal: The more friends you make at the gym, the fewer workouts you complete.

πŸ‘‰ First, it’s a quick chat before warm-up.

πŸ‘‰ Then, it’s “Let’s grab a protein shake!”

πŸ‘‰ Next thing you know, you’re at a weekend BBQ instead of your next workout.

I’ve learned this the hard wayβ€”the gym is for fitness, not friendships (at least not the kind that replaces your workouts with endless socializing). Discipline > Distractions.
